This website is intended to provide information to individuals who have the intension of making themselves and the world around them better.
I intend to capitalize on my experiences and knowledge as a nurse and leader to provide coaching and mentorship to leaders particularly those in healthcare to become a better version of themselves, to enhance their teams thus eventually enhancing care delivery to the populations they serve.
Leadership is essential to the success of any organization; in healthcare it is even more crucial because ineffective leadership can impact lives. Leadership is not about perfection, it’s about gaining followership, positively influencing people to work together to accomplish common or desired goals. Leaders don’t need to take credit from their teams; but by strengthening them, allowing diversity of thought, actions, and fostering creativity, allowing for autonomy; team success becomes the leader’s success and the credit automatically comes.
