Frontline Executive
Generally, the word executive is reserved for those individuals who have a “high level” position in an organization. However, the word itself can simply mean and can be used for those who make decisions with an impact.
What Does Leadership Mean?
The general perception would be that everyone in these positions are actually leaders or deserving of that recognition because of the title we hold. However, it has been proven that not everyone given a promotion or who has been branded with these titles are leaders, nor do they follow principles of leadership.

When times are difficult or challenging for individuals on our teams or for the teams as a whole, there are a few things we must do as leaders.
